This is a 5-star review for a 12-star like realtor: Greg Powell with Keller Williams. My family and I are strongly attached to our home and he gathered that right away. He came in respectful and full of questions, and the one we liked the best was when he asked "what do you need in an agent to feel you've been successful in your choice?" We were blown away. Greg was absolutely our advocate and handled things for us when we couldn't get away from work. He is resourceful, respectful, and he really goes to bat for his clients. Greg is head and shoulders above his competition and really cares about his work. In the end, within less than a week, he came to us with 4 offers above asking price. We can't thank him enough for making this all possible with absolutely nothing for us to stress over.
