The below numbers are a great way to gauge our local markets and see how they've been adjusting both in the short and long term. The Bend market remains a bit unpredictable and has continued to flatten out. When considering a move right now, it's a better strategy to analyze data based on the price point of your home. This way you know exactly how the movement is in your individual "price market". As far as feedback from my day to day in the market; There's been a continued uptick in the amount of Buyers getting out shopping or making offers as well as Sellers having discussions about listing now or in Spring. There is pend up buyer and seller demand, but just enough hesitancy for people to hold off and wait.. I still think that Fall/Winter will be strong market compared to the seasonality that we typically see, due to the fact that rates will be cooling off and shoppers will be re-entering the market. - Greg
