In today’s office meeting we reviewed some interesting statistics. Trends show that there has been an uptick in activity in the market, with more homes going under contract. In contrast, there has been less inventory coming to the market in the form of new listings. Of course this shows that demand has made a comeback; It may be that the seasonal swing has picked things up or maybe the post interest rate pouting has come to an end ;) Either way, this makes for a great opportunity and possibly a last hoorah for Sellers to capitalize on a strong market where they still hold some leverage.
