I have felt an increase in Buyer demand in these past few weeks and it seems to be staying consistent. Purchasing power and affordability is less than it was last year, but desirable homes in Bend are still seeing strong interest and several showings. I recently helped some clients win out in a bidding war with 10 total offers! For those that are assuming our market has gone dormant, I can assure you it has not. Today I viewed an open house with other clients and noticed about 7 other showings during my brief time there. If you are considering what it might look like selling this Spring, I do think that we could see our market rebound a bit, as high interest rates become less shocking and lack of inventory remains an issue. - Greg
