It's a fantastic time to explore the real estate market in Bend, as the Summer season brings in a blend of pleasant weather and vibrant activity. There continues to be an infill of new listings and opportunities for ready Buyers and with the nice weather, it has been fun getting out on tours with clients to fully appreciate the area's natural surroundings. In the coming season there will be a wider selection of homes and more opportunities for sellers to showcase their properties. It may also be more competitive as there will be more competition. I am still seeing decent activity on all my listings, but they tend to be taking longer to go pending. This is mostly because there is still some hesitancy in the buyer market with rates, affordability and political/economic standpoints. Business continues on as usual for now and it will be interesting to see how things shake out once the full swing of Summer is upon us. Let me know if I can help you in anyway! - Greg
