The market has continued to swing back towards a bit more normalcy over the last week and the days of multiple offers seems to be dying down. Inventory is filling back in and buyers we be afforded a bit more leverage in this Summer's market. Expect prices to cool as borrowing becomes more expensive due to interest rates. In times of quick change, the market tends to freeze up and then reset. I think that over the next few months, we will continue to rebalance until we settle into a "normal" market the gives equal power to both buyer and seller. Words of advice for sellers: Be strategic with your sale, price correctly with a professional and know that you may need more patience with the process compared to previous months. Recent comparable sales will not be indicative of your market price anymore. If you need insight on today's market, feel free to reach out! -Greg
