Central Oregon Market Report - July 20, 2022

This week I have been involved in many more back and forth negotiations while writing and recieving offers. It feels like a more normal market, where leverage is equally divided between Buyer and Seller and we can work on making it a win-win for both. Most commonly this involves Seller credits to buy down interest rates, which makes monthly payments more affordable or saves the Buyer some out of pocket costs at the closing table. A little give and take is what it's all about and it reflects a new, healthier market. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to evolve on a weekly basis! -Greg
