Attached below is one of my favorite pieces of data to analyze when approaching the current market. It compiles info from all active sales in our marketplace and shows you how days on market could effect your sales price. Also, how much seller credits are being given to buyers at closing (this is not reflected or disclosed on other websites for the public to view). If you are looking to buy or sell a property in the coming months, this will give you the inside look at exactly what your give and take might look like when stepping into negotiations. At a quick glance, you can see that longer days on market will drop your final sales price and seller credits are very common in out market place right now. If you've got any questions or feedback on these numbers, please feel free to reach out! - Greg

Homes are still selling "fast"
