As predicted, several Sellers have taken themselves out of the market over the last week due to their seasonal hibernation or perception that homes don't sell in the Winter/Holiday season.... Let me debunk that for everyone: Since I last reached out, only one week ago - 82 homes have sold in Deschutes county! Considering there are two sides to each of those deals (buyer and seller), that is a lot of activity for those that are still motivated to make their real estate goals come true. Buyers are still shopping and Sellers who are willing to make it happen during the "off season" are seeing less competition due to the low number of new listings. Let me know how I can help you take advantage of our off season opportunities here in Bend! - Greg
