Buyers are starting to ease their way back into the market but in a wary way. Interest rates took another bump up, so those looking to make a purchase right now are typically looking for a deal or terms that can keep their payment in a comfortable price range. Luckily it's become much easier to do so as the market has shifted. Sellers are becoming more realistic with their pricing and seem open to working through negotiations to find a win-win. Things are balancing out slowly and only time will tell when we hit our stride for a healthy market, but it feels like we are definitely getting there! - Greg
