We had some cold weather and snow flurries in Central Oregon this week. Showings for Buyers slowed down a bit and a few listings decided to hold off on pictures until the sunny weather returns. Typically Easter weekend is a bit more mellow as people become more focused on family time, but expect that things will only pick up from here on out. All and all the market is shaping up for a strong Spring season and a great opportunity Sellers to take advantage of low inventory.
